Notification

HOST YMS  - is intelligent software whose task is to perform full automation of the loading and unloading planning process. Thanks to the implementation of self-service mechanisms, the process is as simple as never before. The customer is responsible for registering the notification in the system, not the employee of the logistic center. The role of a logistic center employee comes down to coordinating activities in order to make better use of the working time of the gateways. This is completely new  YMS system, welcome to 21st century. Thanks to the Planer functionality included in HOST YMS - intelligent notification is now possible.

We went even further. The access to our application have also drivers, carriers, hauliers. They act on behalf of the  customers of the logistic centers. They register arrivals, they can inform us online about events that prevent them from reaching the warehouse on time. All because YMS works on smartphones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, PCs, Macbooks. YMS is a fully responsible application that runs in any web browser. Wherever you are, at home or abroad, at any time, in any time zone - you have the access to the application.

Registration of statuses, arrival times, late arrivals and departures

It's not everything. We have implemented dozens of functionalities that focus on the ergonomics of working with YMS. In addition, the system registers the time of arrival and departure of means of transport, records the duration of logistics operations, manages the means of transport on the premises of the factory, eliminates work stacks, minimizes costs related to servicing maneuvering yards and parking lots, and increases the quality of customer service. You will never make a mistake in the order of setting the statuses or you will not set the status without having previously selected information, because we have expanded the system with the status requirements function.

Pre-order and recurring reservation support

Recurring reservations
The Host YMS application has functionalities that allow you to create recurring reservations and pre-orders with advanced support for the repeat interval. The regular notification can be set in such a way that it is created every selected period of time or on selected days of the week. The functionality also allows you to add bookings on selected days every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks.

The most important thing is information, therefore the introduction of the E-mail notification system was a top priority for us, but we did not stop there. We took astep further - we programmed the support for SMS gateways. Just fill your configuration, and our application will do the rest. However, this system was too obvious for us, so we decided implement internal notifications. We did it perfectly, so we decided go a step further and implemented notifications in the PWA application and the system which will come to you even when you will not have our application running, because it works in the background.

Intelligent automatic scheduling system - Planer

Thanks to the use of the latest algorithms, we were able to introduce to our application an advanced planer algorithm which manages notifications itself, adjusts the deadlines to the load of the gateways and sets the optimal date and place of unloading, taking into account all imposedrestricions and locks. People who were responsible for the optimization of the use of the gateways are partially replaced thanks to our application when creating the notifications, which allows them to spend more time optimizing the prepared design and adjusting the settings to configure algorithm ideally for your needs. The notifying user enters only information about the time of arrival, the physical location on which the gateways are located and the cargo. The application itself assigns him a date and a gateway.

The built in permit handling system allows you to use the advanced capabilities of barcode scanners, QR codes, RFID scanners, NFC scanners any many other devices that allows respective components. This module can also be used with manual entry of identifiers.
